SO SORRY!!

I'm so sorry I thought I had posted my after pictures and I guess I didn't.  I completed the 24 day challenge last week and since then I have been a little more free in my food choices.  Me and the hubs are looking in to meal prepping for the week to see if that helps us stay on track.  


13 lbs 3 inches in the belly gone in 24 days and we are still going! I look at these pictures and think it has to be more than 3 inches because the look is way more dramatic.


Keep in mind with my results that I didn't work out much. I think maybe 2 days in the whole thing.  My results are from Advocare supplements and healthy eating. I have made huge lifestyle changes in a short amount of time. I cut sodas (diet dr. Pepper was my go to drink hardly ever drank water), I cut beer ( I used to drink 10-12 bud light limes a day), and we used to eat out all the time.  It was not unusual for me to skip breakfast and lunch then eat a Big Mac and large fries and a couple nuggets for dinner.

I love that Advocare came into my families lives and has completely changed us forever.  We now go to church on a weekly basis and everyday try to seek The Lord.  We have energy and feel great. My hair is thick and growing fast. We are constantly cutting out the negative and I truly feel that it is making us a happier family. Me and my husband have been recently snuggling on the couch which we haven't done in years.  These are just a few of the things that Advocare has helped us achieve.  I know some of you are thinking its just supplements how can supplements do all that? I really can't explain it, you will just have to trust me and take a leap of faith and join me and my family on this journey.  ADVOCARE is more than just supplements, its a way of life, its a better life!

Mind blown

I found this video in an article on the Huffington post.  I was so shocked. Apparently most people eat an apple around the core and toss it out.  I eat my apples sliced so of course I toss the core.  In the video it shows that if you eat an apple from the top down you can eat the whole apple, core and all. The meaty part of the apple balances the core and you don't notice it while eating.  My husband tried this out the other day and he said it works just like in the video.  Looks like there's a new waste free way to eat a whole apple.

Sorry

I'm sorry I haven't blogged in a few days.  Right now I'm on the max phase of the 24 day challenge.  That includes MNS e (what I chose), meal replacement shake, and spark.  I feel great and I am still seeing results.  I have been dealing with sinus pain all week so I haven't had much chance to work out but now that its leaving I'm hoping to work my butt off (literally).  

Did you know you can break up the 24 day challenge if buying it is to expensive for you.  You can always order the 10 day challenge first and then order the max phase.  I love that Advocare is completely customizable to fit everybody's needs.  I really love the first 10 days the most. The cleanse was super simple and I felt great.  Although the max phase isn't hard and I still feel great.  

Psssshhhhh who am I kidding, I LOVE ADVOCARE!!!

Day 14 down

Today was a great day.  I had a hard time eating though.  I just forget to or I'm not hungry.  I spent most of the day snuggled in the bed under the covers with my 3 year old.  I just couldn't help myself she was snugly and it was cold and rainy outside.  I made meatloaf for dinner and my husband couldn't get enough of it.

Tonight's meatloaf (I never make meatloaf the same way)
1lb ground pork
1lb lean ground beef
1 can chili diced tomatoes with juices 
1 can corn with red and green peppers with juices
2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

I mixed it all up in a gallon ziplock bag.  Then I put it in a baking dish and baked it at 400 for 30-40 min.  I took it out poured of grease and cooked it another 10min.  Another great way to cook meatloaf is in a muffin pan. It cuts down cooking time and makes perfect serving sizes.

I went to a mixer at our diamond leaders house and got to meet some awesome people in Advocare.  I truly love this company and it has truly changed my life.  I can't wait to help other people change their lives with Advocare.

24 DAY ABS

This picture is going around lately.  I think I'm gonna need to try this.

My fitness pal says it was 437 calories.  What do you think?  What would you change?

DAY 10 check in


    WOW 10 days already! So if you have been following me these past 10 days you know there has been ups and downs in my life and challenge.  I'm sooooo pleased with the results I have got in just 10 days and I hope to work harder in the second phase for even greater results. So I have lost 8lbs and gained tons of energy! This system is amazing, it really works!  I haven't lost any inches but I can tell a slight difference in my photos.  I'm hoping that by working out everyday my next set of photos will knock your socks off.

Mmmmm cookies

These sound sooo yummy!! I'm gonna have to try them.

Opps!! Adding a day. Day 10 is now day 9

So because of yesterday's major tooth pain and all my sleeping I didn't do anything challenge related besides having a hotdog with no bun.  So even though today is day 10 I'm gonna call it day 9 and just finish my challenge one day later.  Like I said yesterday I'm human and sickness happens.  So check back tomorrow for day 10 pictures and measurements.
