Tonight's meatloaf (I never make meatloaf the same way)
1lb ground pork
1lb lean ground beef
1 can chili diced tomatoes with juices
1 can corn with red and green peppers with juices
2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
I mixed it all up in a gallon ziplock bag. Then I put it in a baking dish and baked it at 400 for 30-40 min. I took it out poured of grease and cooked it another 10min. Another great way to cook meatloaf is in a muffin pan. It cuts down cooking time and makes perfect serving sizes.
I went to a mixer at our diamond leaders house and got to meet some awesome people in Advocare. I truly love this company and it has truly changed my life. I can't wait to help other people change their lives with Advocare.
